Please read the following carefully! This form is to advise you of fees and penalties related to your cruise:

Once deposit is made: All payments are non-refundable.

All name changes will be assessed a $100.00 per name Change Fee. (Please determine which party is to be
billed prior to making changes.) All fees are per person. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposit Payment: The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of the reservation. All monies paid are non-

Stateroom Deposits: PLEASE NOTE If you are sailing on the January 2019 cruise you will only have to pay a $350
and scheduled payments will not begin until January 1, 2018.

3rd and 4th person pricing is available upon request.

Taxes/Fees/Gratuities: $237.00per person:

Monthly payments plan (required) This requires a full deposit based on your selected cabin class due at time of
booking (see above). Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT,
August 15, 2018 - all monies are due at time of booking.

AutoPay: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the tenth (10th) of each month. Guests assume
responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay. If you will be sending a check, they must
arrive in house on or before your payment is due.

Late Payments: There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60
days past due on any of your cruise payments we have the choice to cancel your reservation.

Final Balance Due Date: All monies due must be paid in full by AUGUST 15, 2018.

Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable. We recommend Travelex Insurance and Travelin' and a
quote for insurance is listed on your invoice. It is highly recommended to initiate coverage at deposit.

Excluded Charges: Charges are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy, and do not include airfare,
ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include all meals,
shows and onboard events associated with this private event.

Fuel Surcharge: Royal Caribbean Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above
$65.00 a barrel with a maximum of $10.00 per person per day.


The U.S. Government states that all U.S. citizens be in possession of a valid passport when traveling on any
cruise. If you are a non-US citizen, you are responsible for knowing what type of Visa may be required for travel.

HOWEVER You may sail with either a valid passport, proof of citizenship and a valid government-issued photo I.D.
(driver’s license with a photo), or any other WHTI compliant document.

Proof of Citizenship examples include:
*State certified U.S. birth certificate
*Original certificate of U.S. naturalization
*Original certificate of U.S. citizenship

Pregnant Guests:
Boarding will be denied to any person who will enter her 24th week of pregnancy at the beginning of the cruise or
at any time during the cruise. Infants under six (6) months old are not permitted to sail.

Any disputes arising from this cruise must be settled in Georgia. Information and pricing is subject to change
without notice. While we do our very best to ensure that information and pricing appearing in this website is
complete and accurate, we cannot be responsible for incomplete and inaccurate representations, which may or
may not be under our control. In the event of a pricing error, misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right
to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line neither controls, nor operates, nor are they responsible for the actions of
independent contractors such as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters. The above
said deny any responsibility for liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss
of cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports
on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason you miss a scheduled
sailing. Your signature is binding. We reserve the right to change all itineraries and entertainers without notice
and with no further obligation. Any dispute arising from this reservation must be settled in Georgia.
