Payments must be made on time. Failure to meet payment dates will result in a $25 per person additional charge for EACH late payment. Late
payment is any payment that is not in the Travelin', Inc. office by said date.
All deposits are Non-Refundable. Should you cancel for any reason cancellation penalties will apply. The purchase of Travel Insurance is highly
All no shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
Once a payment is taken from an individual, any name changes or substitutions in that cabin will be assessed a name change fee. All changes must
be communicated and handled directly by calling Travelin’, Inc. The “main guest” is defined as the guest who makes payment on/for the
reservation. Any changes made to the reservation must be approved by the “main guest.” Please read the following fee schedule carefully:
• $100 fee per name change will be assessed for changes made after final payment.
• No name changes will be allowed after November 1.
Gratuities are prepaid and are part of your package price.
Required Travel Documents:
A valid passport is NOW REQUIRED for all ages. For more information, or to get a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov. Guest names
on travel documents must be identical to those on the cruise and airline tickets.
Transportation on the venue may be denied to any person who, in Travelin’, Inc.’s or T. J. Martel’s sole discretion: (1) is or becomes in such a
condition as to be unfit to travel; (2) is dangerous or obnoxious to others; or (3) is inadmissible under the laws of any country of debarkation. In
addition, Travelin’, Inc. reserves the right to refuse passage, confine to a room any person whose physical or mental condition or behavior they
consider, in their sole discretion, to constitute a risk to the person’s own well-being or that of any other person. The Released Parties shall have no
liability to any such person or any third party arising out of any such decision. Any costs resulting from Travelin’, Inc.', decision, including, without
limitation, costs of lodging and transportation, shall be the responsibility solely of the person.
Cancellation by Released Parties:
Travelin’, Inc. has strict cancellation policies. Travel Insurance is suggested and it is you (the passenger) who's responsibility it is to take the
insurance or ask that it be taken off. By having the insurance taken off the invoice, you are releasing Travelin', Inc. and it's parties of any and all
Limitation of Liability:
By booking the venue, you (the passenger) agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties, from and against any claim or cause of action
arising out of or in connection with your travel on and participation in the venue, including, but not limited to: (1) injury, death or delay of passengers,
or loss, damage or delay of or to passengers’ baggage or other property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
participation in the event, including, without limitation, passenger’s use of or participation in any shore excursion, athletic or recreational activity; (2)
emotional distress, mental suffering or anguish or psychological injury of any kind under any circumstances (except when such damages were caused
by the Released Parties’ negligence and resulted from the same passenger’s sustaining actual physical injury, or having been at risk of actual
physical injury, or when such damages are held to have been intentionally inflicted by the Released Parties); or (3) any change in scheduled events
and/or celebrity appearances. You further agree that the Released Parties shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of
any persons not employed by any of the Released Parties, nor for any intentional or negligent acts of any of the Released Parties’ employees
committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of their employment.
Travel Requirements & Documentation
Passengers traveling outside the United States are required to carry proof of citizenship. All U.S. citizens (including infants) must have a valid U.S.
passport with more than 6 months remaining before expiration (2) Minors 17 and under traveling alone or with a single parent may be required to
have additional documentation on international flights. It is the responsibility of the participant to secure the current requirements for their particular
itinerary and carrier. At time of printing, Dominican Republic law requires that children under 18 on the day of departure traveling with an adult or
guardian other than their parent, present a written, notarized authorization letter from the parent(s) giving consent for the minor to leave the country.
Notarized affidavits of citizenship are not acceptable for most carriers and may not be used. In accordance with stricter security measures, it is
required that all married female passengers whose last name differs from their identification credentials must also provide a copy of their Marriage
License Certificate upon check-in for all international flights. Non-U.S. citizens, to include permanent resident card (U.S. Green Card) holders, must
check with the consulate of their intended destination, U.S. authorities and the air carrier(s) to obtain information on required documentation for
entry to the destination and re-entry to the U.S. All documents must be current and non-expired. The above information regarding documentation is
subject to change. It is the participant's responsibility to obtain current requirements needed for your carrier and destination. Passengers denied
boarding, entry or re-entry due to lack of proper documentation will not be entitled to a refund. These guidelines are for most destinations in the
Caribbean and Mexico.
Baggage: Check with your preferred carrier for their particular rules and restrictions.
Special Need Passengers: Hotels outside the U.S. do not comply with A.D.A. guidelines. Operator has no control over the extent of wheelchair and
supplemental oxygen accessibility features. Wheelchairs and wheelchair accessible rooms cannot be guaranteed. Operator cannot guarantee the
availability of wheelchairs or supplemental oxygen at any airport, hotel, destination or port.
